Sunset Hospitality Group is a leading multinational lifestyle hospitality group, with a wide portfolio encompassing Hotels & Resorts, Restaurants, Beach Clubs, Nightclubs, Fitness Centers, and more.SHG operates over 81 venues in 26 countries with a commitment to deliver authentic and diverse hospitality experiences that bring people together, all around the world.We are looking for a Financial Controller for our F&B outlets (restaurants) across two hospitality destinations in Milan: Palazzo Cordusio and Torre Velasca. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial and accounting operations across multiple locations. This role provides hands-on operational support with a strong focus on budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.Main responsibilitiesSupports financial and operational accounting activities, including monthly closing, balance sheet preparation, cash flow statements, flash reporting, cash management, costing, and budgetingLeads the monthly accounting close process for multiple entitiesDrives the digitalization of accounting processesAssists in forecasting and budgeting, including variance analisysProvides financial evaluation and business case support for new openingsPrepares financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards for internal stakeholdersCollaborates directly with the General Manager and Director of Operations to enhance financial awareness and provide actionable financial insightsQualificationsMinimum of 5 years’ experience in a multi-site F&B, hospitality, or retail environmentStrong communication skills in both Italian and professional-level EnglishSolid knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and related toolsKnowledge of local accounting principles and IFRSProficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Navision, SAP) and advanced Excel skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to evaluate alternatives and provide clear business recommendationsExtensive experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and forecastingBenefitsCompetitive SalaryDiscounts Across Sunset's Venues and More: Experience the Sunset lifestyle to the fullest with exclusive discounts at all our venues and beyond.Career Growth Opportunities: Your professional journey is our priority.
