Job Responsibilities:
Service Delivery & Client management
Create detailed job postings tailored to the specific role and industry highlighting key responsibilities requirements and company culture.
Identify and categorize the various channels through which candidates are sourced such as job portals social media platforms employee referrals industry events.
Track the volume of candidates sourced from each channel to understand which channels are most effective for attracting talent within the oil and gas sector.
Job portals typically offer advanced filtering options based on location experience skills and industry. Narrow down your search criteria to target candidates with relevant qualifications.
Actively engage with candidates who apply to your job listings by responding promptly to inquiries scheduling interviews and providing feedback throughout the hiring process.
Develop talent maps and competitor analyses to identify potential candidates and target companies with relevant expertise and experience.
Utilize industryspecific databases job boards and professional networks to gather intelligence and insights into talent availability and market trends.
Boolean operators such as AND OR and NOT can help you refine your search queries to find specific types of candidates. For example you can use AND to combine keywords (e.g. oil AND gas engineer) or NOT to exclude certain terms (e.g. oil AND gas engineer senior).
In addition to general search engines explore niche websites and forums dedicated to the oil and gas industry. These platforms may host discussions job boards or directories where you can find potential candidates with specialized expertise.
Expand your sourcing efforts to social media platforms like LinkedIn Twitter and Facebook. Use advanced search filters on these platforms to identify candidates based on their profiles connections and activity within relevant industry groups.
