Technical Fleet Manager for Press

Purpose of the Position:

- Support the Customer in preparing the Company Cars destined for the Press;
- Make sure that the cars are ready for the Press;
- Logistics management of the vehicles;
- Ensure the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the vehicles;
- Test drive to monitor:

  1. The correct functioning of the car engine;
  2. The correct functioning of the infotainment;
  3. Condition of bodywork and wheels;
  4. Presence of noise or diagnostic problems.

Interface with Customer departments to resolve any problems.

Authorities:

To self-manage technical cases and enquiries that:

  1. Manage the Press Vehicle Park according to the stakeholder’s needs;
  2. Do not require any escalation;
  3. Do not go beyond the assigned tasks.
Knowledge and Skills required:
  • Good knowledge of the Windows operating system and Outlook application;
  • Good knowledge of Automotive technology;
  • May be required to drive vehicles and therefore should have a valid driving license and be capable of driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Good inter-personal (people-handling) skills;
  • Analytic skills / Problem solving / Process orientation;
  • Adaptable / Assertive;
  • Ability to work under stress;
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills Certified;
  • Basic Technical educational with dealer experience will also be considered.
Experience:

A few years (greater than 2) automotive experience in Staff positions (senior level or equivalent) at Dealer Workshops in case of Basic Technical educational.

Languages:
  • Fluent Italian;
  • English level: B1 of CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
Working Pattern:
  • 40h weekly;
  • Mon/Fri;
  • Based in Customer Site, Milan.
