You will make an impact in the following way: Lead critical, high-priority projects across EMEA from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery Develop detailed project plans, lead project reviews, manage resources, track risks, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives Establish and manage a regional PMO framework tailored to the manufacturing function, ensuring standardized governance Track CAPEX and OPEX related to the projects for the region Provide clear, data-driven updates about projects to the global and regional teams Build a high-performing PMO culture focused on accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement Partner with regional leadership to prioritize initiatives based on strategic impact Design and deliver footprint projects with the Operational Strategy & Transformation teamWhat you will bring: Education – Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or International Business Experience – 5+ years of successfully leading and delivering complex, cross-functional projects Skills & knowledge – Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2 or Agile/Hybrid), ability to lead virtual, multicultural teams and influence senior stakeholders as well as provide strategic input, well-versed with budget management, creating business cases, and resource planning, Personality – Pragmatic, results-oriented, collaborative, with strong intercultural competence Willingness to travel – Occasionally internationally (~25%) Language proficiency – Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantageLet’s Write the Next 100 Years Together.
