You’ll be exposed to all aspects of startup building. This is a high-responsibility, high-growth role for someone who wants to learn what it really takes to build a company from scratch.🔍 Strategy & GrowthSupport the founders in refining Quotabus’ go-to-market strategy.Identify and explore new market opportunities, customer segments, strategic partners.Analyze performance metrics and propose actionable improvements.⚙️ Operations & Process BuildingSet up tools and workflows (e.g., CRM, dashboards, automations) to boost efficiency.Coordinate with tech, design, and external agencies on feature rollouts.🧠 Product & Customer InsightsSupport product testing, QA, and onboarding processes.Create documentation, how-tos, and customer-facing materials.🤝 Business Development & PartnershipsAssist in researching, acquiring, and onboarding new operators and partners.Prepare pitch decks, demos, and materials to clearly communicate Quotabus’ value.💰 FundraisingSupport the preparation of investor materials (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, metrics)Conduct research on relevant funds, angel investors, and financing instruments.🔎 You will be a great fit if...You’re curious, proactive, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.You think like an entrepreneur—structured, resourceful, and outcome-driven.You love working on 0-to-1 or 1-10 projects and thrive with ambiguity.You speak fluently in English and Italian (bonus if also in French, Spanish, or German).You’re analytical but you also feel comfortable with making decisions from incomplete data.Ideally you’ve had first work or internship experience.You’re passionate about tech, mobility, and in general solving real problems for people.And above all, you enjoy working collaboratively and lifting others up.🚀 Why join Quotabus?Shape the future of a multi-billion € industry: Help modernize an untapped frontiers of mobility and be part of building a product that truly solves pain points for both customers and operators.Work directly with the founders (ex Flix, Delivery Hero, EY, Entrepreneurs): You'll be at the heart of strategic decisions, learning how to build a startup from 0 to 1, and getting full exposure to all functions.Real ownership, real impact: You’ll be running your own projects, launching experiments, solving problems, and shaping how we grow.Startup speed with structure: We move fast, but with intention.
