Reflecting our commitment to excellence and international recognition, two of our resorts proudly belong to the prestigious Autograph Collection by Marriott, while one is part of the refined Curio Collection by Hilton.Job descriptionWe are seeking talented and motivated hospitality professionals to fill the position of Restaurant Manager at one of our Hotels Mangia’s Sardinia ResortResponsibilities:Coordinate daily restaurant operations, both front and back of houseDeliver high-quality service and maximize guest satisfactionPromote the sale of premium wines and/or cocktailsRespond effectively and accurately to guest complaintsRegularly assess product qualityOrganize and supervise staff shiftsContinuously evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to enhance productivityEnsure compliance with hygiene and safety regulationsManage reservationsWork closely with colleagues from other departmentsRequirements:At least three years of proven experience in luxury hotels or similar establishmentsFluent English proficiency; knowledge of French is considered a plusStrong problem-solving skillsTeam spirit and collaborationPositive attitude, respectful demeanor, and willingness to share knowledge and skills • Customer service orientationPrecision and attention to detailFamiliarity with Opera PMSWhat we offer: Type of contract seasonalAccommodation availableMeals providedCareer growth opportunities within the companyDynamic and collaborative work environmentOngoing training and access to professional development courses
