CXO Program Coordinator

100% Remote in Costa Rica

Responsibilities:

Assist the executive programs team which is focusing on CIO CISO and CTO events.

  • Assist managing executive engagements and events from start to finish including:
    • Maintain and update databases related to event participants and engagement metrics.
    • Coordinating logistics.
    • Creating and updating materials in google sheets google docs google slides
    • Managing followup activities.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure alignment.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools including:
    • Google Slides: Ability to create and update presentations.
    • Google Sheets: Ability to manage data and create reports.
    • Google Docs: Ability to create and edit documents.
  • Email Management: Efficient communication and coordination with sales field marketing and marketing operations teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues.
  • Adaptability to work in a fastpaced and changing environment.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
