Capo Ricevimento – Boutique Hotel (35 camere) 📍 Santa Teresa di Gallura (SS)Per boutique hotel di nuova apertura a Santa Teresa di Gallura, con 35 camere, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Capo Ricevimento da inserire nel nostro team.La risorsa si occuperà di:Gestione delle attività di front office e back officeAccoglienza degli ospiti e supervisione del servizio di ricevimentoGestione delle prenotazioni e del booking in strutturaOrganizzazione operativa del reparto ricevimentoPianificazione dei turni di lavoro del personaleCoordinamento e motivazione del team di ricevimentoSupporto diretto alla Direzione nelle attività operative e organizzativeRequisiti richiesti:Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Capo Ricevimento o ruolo analogoOttima conoscenza della lingua ingleseConoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera (titolo preferenziale: tedesco)Spiccate capacità di leadership e gestione del teamOttime doti organizzative e di problem solvingAttitudine al lavoro in autonomia e orientamento all’ospiteFlessibilità e disponibilità a lavorare su turniOffriamo:Inserimento in una struttura di charme di nuova aperturaAmbiente di lavoro dinamico e stimolantePossibilità di crescita professionaleInquadramento e retribuzione commisurati all’esperienza📩 Candidatura: Gli interessati possono inviare il proprio CV aggiornato con autorizzazione al trattamento dei dati personali.
