Our customer, a leading company specializing in energy efficiency solutions, is currently looking for a: FINANCE MANAGER Reporting to the Managing Director Italy and, within the Group, to the Group CFO, the resource will lead a team of 4 professionals across the Finance, HR, and IT functions. Main Responsibilities Finance area Maintain the management control system and prepare monthly and annual reports Ensure compliant accounting (OIC/IFRS) and accurate financial reporting Manage annual financial statements and relations with auditors and authorities Oversee tax compliance and financial planning (budget, multi-year plans) Optimize short-term financial management and credit policies Ensure proper insurance coverage and manage claims Organize corporate governance activities (board/shareholders’ meetings) Supervise HR budget and HR procedures Ensure compliance with labor laws and group HR policies ICT area Oversee ICT systems and ensure alignment with group standards Guarantee data security, system reliability, and digital process improvement Requirements University degree in Economics, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management, controlling ideally in an international industrial or manufacturing company Excellent knowledge of Italian accounting and tax regulations (OIC) and familiarity with IFRS principles Proven experience in supervision of ICT governance (e.g. infrastructure-security-data privacy) Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of other European languages is an advantage Location : Monza e Brianza
