Process Engineer for Pharmaceutical

In qualità di ingegnere di processo, sei responsabile dello sviluppo, della progettazione e della gestione di progetti per l'industria farmaceutica. Hai competenze comprovate nell'ingegneria di processo e hai le capacità e la volontà di risolvere i problemi e di interfacciarti con il team, gli appaltatori e i clienti per guidare un team di progetto.Sarai responsabile dell'esecuzione tecnica e della gestione dei progetti.I tuoi compiti:Implementazione della progettazione e dei calcoli di processo nelle diverse fasi di un progettoPreparazione della documentazione di gara e allineamento dei fornitoriPreparazione di P&IDImplementazione dei requisiti del clienteGestione ed esecuzione del progettoMessa in funzione degli impiantiQualificazione/convalida secondo le GMP.A seconda del carico di lavoro e delle dimensioni del progetto, è richiesta la disponibilità a eseguire lavori tecnici nel campo dell'ingegneria di processo (bilanci di materia e calore, PFD, P&ID, EDS).Il tuo profilo:Hai una laurea specialistica in ingegneria chimica e una comprovata esperienza lavorativa nell'industria farmaceutica (> 5 anni). Sei abituato a lavorare in modo indipendente e all'interno di un team. Hai buone capacità di problem solving e di comunicazione, sei orientato al cliente e hai la predisposizione a gestire i conflitti.Buona conoscenza dei concetti di base dei processi a monte e a valle, dei sistemi di lavaggio e sterilizzazione in loco (SIP/CIP). Buona conoscenza delle linee guida c-GMP, ISPE, FDA.
