A leadingluxury brand, specialized in the creation and production of perfumes, is looking for aLogistics Expertto join our team.ResponsibilitiesOrganize and manage shipmentsPrepare and print documentation such as delivery notes, packing lists, waybillsEnter customer orders into the management systemCoordinate shipments to/from suppliersPerform data entry and maintain export/import recordsConduct inventory checks of warehouse materialsMonitor and unblock export/import shipmentsTrack shipment progressLiaise with airlines and road transport companies to ensure timely collection and deliveryHandle dangerous goods shipments in compliance with regulationsSupport the E-commerce team using the internal management system (transport documents, invoice creation, etc.) .RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration) Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/shippingExperience and knowledge of handlingdangerous goodsIATA and ADR certifications are mandatoryDynamic personality with high stress resilienceStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Excellent English skillsFamiliarity with E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Wix) is a plusAccuracy, flexibility, strong analytical and communication skills.We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceMeal vouchersFull-time permanent contractProfessional and international working environment
