Description: Location Address: Hybrid (2x/week on site) 44 King Street W 12th Floor (44K12)
Contract Duration: 4 months (extension options) Extension: Possible
Schedule Hours: 9am 5pm Monday Friday 37.5 hrs per week

the Talent & Core HR in globally ensuring specific individual goals plans initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the teams business strategies and objectives. Ensuring all activities conducted are compliant with governing regulations internal policies and procedures.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
8 years combined SAP SuccessFactors configuration lead experience.
35 years SuccessFactors Learning Management module.
Demonstratable experience in configuring managing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors.
SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification.
Working knowledge of HR business process.
Excellent communication and analytical skills are must.
NiceToHave Skills:
Spanish speaking an asset.
Consulting experience will be asset.
Best vs Average: The ideal candidate would have a very good understanding of current IT practices systems development techniques including requirements specification and testing methodologies real time analytical and formal modelling tools and keep current with rapidly changing technology.
