Guests can enjoy unique experiences like walking in the garden, relaxing on the beach or by the sea, indulging in spa treatments, and savoring exquisite cuisine in the hotel's restaurants.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Agent, a Back Office Agent and a Receptionist at La Cocumella. All of these positions will be responsible for phone etiquette, reception duties, providing exceptional customer service, and effective communication with guests and staff.*** We are also looking for a Reception Apprentice ***QualificationsPhone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Front Office skillsCustomer Service and Communication skillsExperience in handling guest inquiries and requests efficientlyAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a teamProficiency in Italian and English is a must.
