Per potenziamento dell'organico siamo alla ricerca della nuova figura di Engineering Automation Manager. Costituisce requisto mandatorio la Laurea in Ingegneria e l'aver maturato una solida esperienza all'interno di contesti con processi automatizzati strutturati. Il tuo nuovo ruolo Come Engineering Automation Manager, riporterai direttamente all'Engineering Director e lavorerai con il gruppo Technical Operations per il coordinamento delle attività tecniche a supporto di produzione. È prevista una stretta collaborazione con Supervisor di Produzione, Manutenzione di Produzione, Controllo Qualità e con RSPP. Le tue responsabilità includeranno:Coordinamento delle attività di assistenza tecnica al reparto di produzione assemblaggio; Monitoraggio dei dati di processo delle linee automatiche di assemblaggio in ottica di risoluzione dei problemi, efficientamento dei processi e manutenzione predittiva; Esecuzione e documentazione delle riconvalide dei processi produttivi di assemblaggio, quando necessarie; Redazione e approvazione della documentazione tecnica e delle istruzioni di lavorazione assemblaggio; Coordinamento delle attività di analisi tecnica dei reclami e dei CAPA legati alla fase di assemblaggio; Coordinamento della formazione delle risorse umane nell'area di competenza; Gestione di EVENT / CHANGE; Collaborazione alla ingegnerizzazione e al miglioramento dei processi produttivi di assemblaggio insieme ai team di progetto.Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successoLaurea in Ingegneria industriale o affine; Provenienza da realtà manifatturiere strutturate e automatizzate o da aziende di costruzioni macchine; Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel coordinamento di personale tecnico; Conoscenza approfondita dell'automazione industriale, dei processi robotizzati e digitalizzati; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata; Ottime capacità di coordinamento del team, di organizzazione del lavoro e di gestione delle priorità; Ottime conoscenze delle tecniche di root cause analysis; Forte propensione al miglioramento continuo.Costituiscono criterio preferenziale per la selezione:Conoscenza dei processi di stampaggio a iniezione; Applicazione di tecniche WCM; Conoscenza della Lean Manufacturing; Certificazione Six Sigma oppure conoscenza delle tecniche statistiche di analisi dei dati; Pregressa esperienza in ambito di gestione della manutenzione di reparti produttivi.Cosa avrai in cambio Ti offriamo l'opportunità di entrare in un contesto dinamico e tecnologicamente avanzato, dove potrai contribuire attivamente all' ottimizzazione dei processi e alla crescita del team.
