Our ApproachSupporting organizational and technological transformation for our clients Leveraging AI‑powered analytics to develop innovative solutions Designing and launching HR tech products and platforms that evolve over time Building a scalable ecosystem of HR services with international potentialResponsibilitiesSupport the management team in defining and monitoring strategic priorities, ensuring full organizational alignment with company objectives. Facilitate an effective flow of information and decision‑making between the Executive Committee and the Business Units, including through the preparation of reports, presentations, and materials that support executive decisions. Collaborate with the senior leadership team to guide growth strategies, optimise operational workflows, and support the executive‑level decision‑making process. Work closely with the CEO in managing the strategic and operational agenda, ensuring proper follow‑up and progress on key priorities. Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure consistency across processes, initiatives, and decision‑making. Act as a facilitator in resolving complex organisational and operational issues, promoting effective and timely solutions.RequirementsProven experience in roles supporting top management (e.g., Chief of Staff, Strategic Planning, Business Operations, PMO, or similar). Strong strategic analysis skills and the ability to translate corporate priorities into clear, actionable, and trackable operational plans. Degree in economics, management, or related fields (e.g., Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Political Science/International Relations with an economic‑organisational focus). Project and stakeholder management competencies, with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional initiatives effectively. Proficiency with advanced work tools, including Office Suite/Google Workspace, project management systems, reporting tools, and collaboration platforms.
