Siamo un Ente di Formazione Professionale che opera sul territorio della Città Metropolitana di Genova da oltre 70 anni e vogliamo inserire nel nostro team una figura di Project Manager che si occupi della gestione e del coordinamento di progetti formativi finanziati e a mercato. Di cosa ti occuperai:Gestione operativa di progetti di formazione professionalePianificazione attività, calendari e scadenzeCoordinamento di docenti, tutor e segreteria didatticaMonitoraggio avanzamento progetti (tempi, costi, requisiti di bando)Supporto alla gestione documentale e alla rendicontazioneInterfaccia con enti finanziatori e partnerGestione delle criticità operativeChi cerchiamo:Laurea (preferibilmente in ambito gestionale, economico o formativo) o diploma di scuola secondaria di secondo grado Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nella gestione di progettiInteresse o esperienza nel settore della formazione professionaleBuone competenze organizzative e di coordinamentoFamiliarità con strumenti di project managementOttima padronanza degli strumenti informatici Plus:Esperienza consolidata con analoga mansione o con mansione di tutor gestionale in enti di formazione professionale Conoscenza di progetti finanziati (FSE, PNRR, bandi regionali) Cosa offriamo:Inserimento in un ente strutturato e in crescitaRuolo centrale nella gestione dei progetti formativiAmbiente collaborativo e orientato alla qualitàContratto e inquadramento commisurati all’esperienza Come candidarsi Le candidature unitamente al tuo CV possono essere inviate a t.cosatto@esseg.eu
