Renowned for technological innovation, CIAS is recognized globally for its highly reliable solutions and customer-focused approach.The ideal candidate is a dynamic and independent professional with solid experience in technical service, excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and strong customer orientation.This role combines technical support, post-sales consulting, technical training, and close collaboration with the sales team—becoming a true technical point of reference both internally and externally.About the RoleProfessional Requirements:Several years of experience in a technical service or similar roleExcellent command of English, both written and spoken (mandatory)Educational background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or ITProficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and technical applicationsStrong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel (up to 25%, domestic and international)Team player with the ability to work well under pressure QualificationsReliability and attention to detailFlexibility and adaptabilityStrong analytical and synthesis skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-oriented mindsetComfortable in multicultural environmentsResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to customers remotely and on-site (installation, commissioning, maintenance, testing)Perform technical diagnosis and troubleshooting on security systemsDeliver technical training (pre- and post-sales), both in-person and onlineOffer technical support to internal sales teams (Italy and abroad)Analyze technical specifications and international project tendersParticipate in trade shows, seminars, and technical events in support of the sales departmentWork closely with R&D and Technical Marketing departments Role ObjectivesProvide comprehensive technical assistance throughout the product lifecycleSupport the commercial team with technical expertise during promotional and negotiation phasesAct as a technical ambassador for CIAS in both national and international markets What We OfferPerformance-based incentives (e.g. bonuses based on Service revenue)Supplementary health insurance (Fasi Open)Ongoing technical and soft skills training programsHybrid work model, depending on operational needsOpportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in the security fieldInvolvement in challenging, high-level international projectsProfessional development and career growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment
