ABOUT THE ROLE
Workshop Products (WSP) is a strategic business category encompassing products, equipment, tools, consumables, and solutions that enable repairers, dealers, and aftersales networks to deliver efficient, profitable, and high-quality workshop services.
Reporting to the Tires & WSP Manager, the WSP Product Manager is responsible for developing and managing the assigned product portfolio across Stellantis suppliers, driving sales growth through commercial initiatives, and ensuring sustainable profitability throughout the distribution chain.
This role combines Product Management, Category Management, and Commercial Development, with a strong focus on portfolio optimization, campaign management, supplier collaboration, and market activation across European markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product & Portfolio Management
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the assigned WSP product portfolio.
- Define and develop the product offering in line with market trends, customer needs, aftersales priorities, and business objectives.
- Identify portfolio expansion opportunities and prioritize new products, suppliers, and range extensions based on business potential.
- Benchmark competitors and independent aftermarket offerings to strengthen market positioning and competitiveness.
Commercial Development & Campaign
- ManagementDesign, launch, and monitor commercial campaigns, including seasonal promotions, product bundles, launch offers, and market activation initiatives.
- Build comprehensive business cases for new products and campaigns, including sales potential, pricing strategy, margin assumptions, investment requirements, and expected ROI.
- Develop sales growth plans and promotional roadmaps to maximize market penetration and customer adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create launch materials, sales arguments, communication assets, and activation toolkits.
Business Performance & Profitability
- Analyze sales performance, market potential, repair parc opportunities, competitiveness, product availability, and commercial effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign results and define corrective actions to optimize sales, profitability, and customerengagement.
- Ensure the right balance between market competitiveness and sustainable margins across Stellantis, Distrigo, and repairer networks.
- Support cross-sell and upsell initiatives linked to maintenance, tires, mechanical repair, and service retention activities.
Supplier & Cross-Functional Management
- Manage relationships with suppliers to secure competitive conditions, product availability, promotional support, and technical documentation.
- Work closely with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Pricing, Technical, Marketing, Sales, and local market teams to ensure successful product launches and business execution.
- Participate in supplier selection processes and contribute to sourcing decisions for new business opportunities.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Product Management, Category Management, Business Development, Sales, Trade Marketing, or Commercial Operations.
- Experience within automotive aftermarket, aftersales, workshop products, spare parts, tools and equipment, consumables, tires, paints, or B2B distribution environments is considered a strong advantage.
