Description du poste

You will join the Access & Security Business Line (motorization of garage doors and gates and associated accessories), and your role will be to ensure quality management in projects in order to achieve conformity of the offer in question. You will ensure the customer's promise by treating Quality Problems, within an international context.

Your missions:

  1. Ensure compliance with the development process
  2. Coordinate activities related to the quality of projects, taking into account problems and deadlines with teams in France and in Germany.
  3. Establish the project quality plan based on requirements
  4. Ensure product and process risk analysis
  5. Escalate major hazards
  6. Provide the deliverables and follows the quality action plans
  7. Manage weak signals during the launch phase
  8. Guarantee the capitalization of projects’ quality data
  9. Manage the quality of product changes
  10. Handle quality problems with the 8D methodology

Qualifications

  1. You have a significant experience in a similar position, ideally in project quality (min 5 years).
  2. General knowledge of electronics and mechanics.
  3. Skills in risk analysis, standards/norms, and project management.
  4. Knowledge of statistical tools and quality tools.
  5. Very good level of English and French.
  6. Fluency in Italian is a plus.

  2. You have good communication skills and an ability to work/communicate with a wide range of roles and internationally.
  3. You are solution-oriented and can find compromise without compromising on quality.
  4. You are comfortable in volatile and changing environments and know how to adapt.

  1. Contract: Permanent contract
  2. Start date: ideally immediately
  3. Location: Schio (Italy), Castres or Cluses. Regular travel will be expected, especially for the start of the contract.
