Attività principali includono:Contatto diretto con i proprietari di terreni industriali, tramite call dalla sede o visite in locoVerifica della fattibilità tecnica e commerciale per l installazione di impianti fotovoltaiciCollaborazione con l ufficio tecnico per l elaborazione dell offertaInterfaccia con l ufficio contratti per la negoziazione e formalizzazione degli accordiSupporto nella registrazione dei contratti e nella gestione documentalePartecipazione a missioni sul territorio per incontri con i proprietari e sopralluoghiInserimento:Contratto: Somministrazione a tempo determinato di 12 mesi con finalità assuntivaInquadramento: CCNL Commercio livello 4Orario di lavoro: 9/18 - 6 mesi iniziali in presenza e successivamente 2 giorni a settimana in smart workingRequisiti:Esperienza minima nel settore immobiliare (es. agenzie immobiliari)Conoscenza base delle pratiche contrattuali e registrazione attiOttime capacità comunicative e relazionaliAttitudine alla negoziazione e al contatto diretto con clienti/proprietariDisponibilità a spostamenti per missioni sul territorioEsperienza minima nel settore immobiliare (es. agenzie immobiliari) Conoscenza base delle pratiche contrattuali e registrazione atti Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali Attitudine alla negoziazione e al contatto diretto con clienti/proprietari Disponibilità a spostamenti per missioni sul territorio by helplavoro.it
