Product Manager

La figura sarà responsabile, in collaborazione con il team di Product Management e con il Marketing Director, di occuparsi operativamente dell'attività di sviluppo dei prodotti relativi ai marchi affidati.

In particolare, si occuperà di:

Collaborare con i dipartimenti Marketing, Ricerca e Sviluppo e Regolatorio per sviluppare nuove fragranze e formulazioni, monitorando le normative per la commercializzazione internazionale
Gestire lo sviluppo del packaging, coordinandosi con fornitori, grafico interno e agenzie creative per tutte le fasi: ideazione, sviluppo artwork, ottimizzazione costi, tempistiche di produzione e realizzazione finale
Sviluppare materiali di supporto come cofanetti, campioni, display in-store, brochure e materiali promozionali.
Lavorare con agenzie creative per affinare la strategia di comunicazione e realizzare materiali per la comunicazione online e nei punti vendita
Analizzare la concorrenza in termini di tendenze, comunicazione e prodotti, partecipare a fiere e congressi di settore
Redigere il piano di marketing e lanci, suggerire miglioramenti dei prodotti e dei materiali di supporto, identificare nuove opportunità commerciali
Informare e motivare la forza vendite e i distributori con materiale informativo e presentazioni accattivanti
Partecipare attivamente alle riunioni dei team multifunzionali per garantire il progresso dei progetti nei tempi stabiliti

Requisiti:

Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
Laurea in ambito commerciale, comunicazione e marketing
Capacità di utilizzo degli applicativi Office (Excel, Word )
Capacità di organizzazione e di integrazione nel team
