You will guide clients through our exclusive fragrance collections and ensure an exceptional level of service.Location: Roma RinascenteEmployment Type: Part-timeContract : Fixed Term ContractWhat You’ll DoCustomer Experience & SalesWelcome customers with elegance, representing the BrandGuide clients through the Dr. Vranjes olfactory journey using storytelling and product expertiseEnsure an exceptional Client experience, placing the Client first and fostering valuable relationshipsProactively maximize cross-selling opportunities by leveraging the full range of products available in-store.Provide personalized recommendations and sensory experiencesEnhance brand loyalty by transforming every client visit into a memorable luxury shopping experienceHandle requests and feedback professionally, aligned with luxury service standardsSales Performance & Business DevelopmentAchieve and exceed sales targetsEngage in clienteling activities to strengthen client connectionsSupport and participate to in-store events to boost visibility and salesCollaborate with the team to monitor KPIs (ATV, UPT, conversion rate…)Boutique Operations & Visual MerchandisingEnsure impeccable visual standards and brand image in the storeManage stock levels, product replenishment, and back-of-house organizationExecute all operational and stock management activities—including inventory, logistics, cash handling, and reporting—in strict accordance with company policies and head office guidelines.What We’re Looking ForExperience & SkillsAt least 1–2 years of experience in high-end retail, preferably in Fragrance/ Beauty/ Luxury Retail ExperienceStrong communication skills in Italian and English; other foreign language skills are a plusConfidence in using digital tools and POS systemsYour PersonalityElegant, proactive, empathetic, and service-orientedHigh level of flexibility and ability to problem solveA natural team player with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detailsSelf-motivated, focused and able to use own initiativeFlexibility to work varied shifts as required by the business, including weekends and public holidays.Are you ready to craft unforgettable olfactory experiences with us?Join us and bring your expertise to the world of Dr. Vranjes Firenze.
