The Loans Agency Team is part of Debt Market, a product unit at the core of UniCredit's Advisory & Financing Solutions business within Client Solutions. Loans Agency (“Agency”) provides pre- and post-signing support for syndicated facilities, managing tasks and duties as required by the agreement.

Tasks and responsibilities as a Trainee (m/f/d) in the Loans Agency team include:

• Become the reference point for a portfolio of selected customers
• Support senior colleagues in preparing quotes for new customers
• Get familiar with LMA standard documentation
• Interact with Loans Operation to ensure a smooth payment flow
• Execute waivers and transfer requests
• Update monthly and ad hoc reporting for management

You also match with the following requirements:

• You are in the final stages of your master's degree in business administration, finance, or economics with good/very good academic results (MBA, CFA is a plus), or have completed your studies within the last 2 years.
• Preferably prior experience in investment banking and/or consulting, ideally in Structured /Leveraged / Project Finance
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver on-time & on-quality
• Confident and assertive conduct vis-à-vis clients & partners
• Willing to accept and master new challenges regularly
• Hard-working and motivated to "make a difference"
• Strong team player
• Strong analytical, corporate finance & accounting skills
• Fluent German & English skills plus preferably one additional European language
