The ideal candidate will possess outstanding culinary skills, particularly in Spanish cuisine, and the ability to perform flawlessly under pressure. You must be adaptable and able to fit seamlessly into a high-profile family’s routine. Key Responsibilities: Meal Preparation: Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner six days a week, delivering high-quality, flavorful dishes that cater to the family’s preferences and dietary needs. Menu Development: Create diverse, seasonal menus that showcase authentic Spanish cuisine, while also accommodating any specific dietary restrictions or preferences. Ingredient Sourcing: Manage kitchen inventory and procure high-quality ingredients from local markets and suppliers. Kitchen Management: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the kitchen, ensuring a professional working environment.. Adaptability: Adjust to the family’s schedule, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to any last-minute requests or changes in routine. Collaboration: Work in harmony with other household staff, if applicable, to ensure seamless service and coordination during meal times. Qualifications: Proven experience as a private chef or in a high-end restaurant setting, with a strong focus on Spanish cuisine. Culinary degree or formal culinary training is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple courses efficiently. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
