You will manage end to end freight execution, resolve exceptions, support the team on quality and data accuracy, and act as a key escalation point for partners and clients.Our ClientGlobal logistics and technology companyOperating in 100+ countries with strong investor backingInternational, collaborative office environmentWhat We Are Looking ForFluent Italian and EnglishApprenticeship or BA or BS in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business3+ years in freight forwarding or ocean freight operationsHands-on experience working in ItalyStrong communication, structured thinking, and problem solvingAbility to manage high workloads in a fast paced environmentWhat’s in It for YouSalary range: 35.000 to 48.000 euros per year including a 10 percent annual bonus22 vacation days plus additional paid time offLunch compensation, health and life insurance, and pension contributionsEquity program and Employee Assistance ProgramYour Day to DayEnsure shipments move on time and handle exceptionsCoordinate with carriers, trucking partners, warehouses, and customsSupport the team on KPIs, data accuracy, and operational qualityImprove procedures to increase efficiencyLead operational onboarding for new clientsInterested?
