Position: Italian Client Experience Representative
Work Arrangement: On-site (Lisbon, Portugal) Start Date: Immediate
availability preferred Schedule: 24/7 rotating shifts (40-hour
workweek, 8 hours daily) Summary Eager to kickstart your
professional journey in Portugal? We are searching for
client-focused Italian speakers to join our multicultural team
based in Lisbon. Acting as the primary line of communication for
Italian users, you will handle inquiries through telephone, email,
and live messaging channels. This role is ideal for resourceful
problem-solvers who excel in an energetic, collaborative
environment. Main Responsibilities Customer Care: Respond to
incoming Italian user inquiries across calls, digital messages, and
email with a polite, professional demeanor. Problem Diagnostics:
Analyze customer issues, pinpoint core concerns, and deliver
prompt, effective, customized support. Record Keeping: Rigorously
document case details, support tickets, and resolution steps within
internal CRM platforms. Target Achievement: Consistently hit key
operational metrics, such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First
Contact Resolution (FCR), and Average Handle Time (AHT). Skills
Enhancement: Participate in ongoing training workshops to stay
informed about product revisions, company guidelines, and
operational procedures. Candidate Profile Linguistic Abilities:
Fluent or C1/C2 mastery in Italian (verbal and written); minimum B2
standard in English for team collaboration, training, and software
operation. Flexibility: Readiness to work flexible, rotating 24/7
schedules. On-Site Requirement: Physical presence required at the
Lisbon facilities. Work Rights: Valid EU/EEA citizenship, EU
passport, or an existing Portuguese work authorization. Core
Competencies: Excellent communication skills, active listening
abilities, emotional composure under pressure, and a
solution-oriented approach. Remuneration Options Option A: Local

Salary:
€1,262.33 gross per month (distributed over 12 months) Housing: Independent living arrangements Ideal Candidate: Applicants currently living in Lisbon or wishing to secure their own housing Option B: Relocation Package (Relocating Candidates) Base

€1,059.00 gross per month (distributed over 12 months) Accommodation Provided: Private bedroom in a shared company residence, with basic utilities (water, gas, electric, internet) fully included Travel
