Job Title: Lead GenAI EngineerLocation: Lahore or Islamabad PakistanType: OnsiteExperience: 7 to 10 yearsRecruitment Partner: HireOnJob DescriptionHireOn a leading recruitment outsourcing firm is looking for a Lead GenAI Engineer to join our international clients team in Lahore or Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in artificial intelligence specifically in the area of Generative AI. This is an onsite role requiring a strong technical background and leadership skills.Responsibilities
  • Lead the design development and deployment of Generative AI models and systems.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
  • Oversee the endtoend lifecycle of AI projects from conception to deployment and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement scalable and efficient AI algorithms and models.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers providing technical leadership and expertise.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of AI solutions through rigorous testing and evaluation.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AIrelated issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or a related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in AI and machine learning with a focus on Generative AI.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python TensorFlow PyTorch or similar frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of deep learning techniques neural networks and natural language processing.
  • Experience with data preprocessing feature engineering and model optimization.
  • Proven track record of leading AI projects and delivering successful AI solutions.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in mentoring and leading engineering teams is preferred.
