Are you an expert in Employer Branding Internal Recruitment and DataDriven decisionmaking Do you excel in leading and developing highperforming teams If so we seek a Talent Director to join our dynamic organization
In this role you will lead and develop a team of 34 Team Leads driving excellence in our talent acquisition and management processes. Your expertise in Employer Branding will enhance our companys presence as an employer of choice. At the same time your focus on Internal Recruitment with a datadriven strategy will ensure continuous improvement and alignment with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of 23 Team Leads fostering a highperformance culture.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Employer Branding strategy to attract top talent.
- Oversee Internal Recruitment processes to ensure alignment with company goals and continuous improvement.
- Hire develop and motivate a highperforming talent acquisition team.
- Provide mentorship guidance and development opportunities to your team.
- Develop metrics to track monitor and improve our processes across the hiring lifecycle.
- Increase the efficiency of recruiting teams by implementing the right tools and removing unnecessary friction.
- Build relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Use datadriven decisionmaking to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in leading and building highperforming Talent Acquisition teams.
- 2 years of experience in Employer Branding and Internal Recruitment.
- Strong mentoring and leadership skills.
- Exceptional problemsolving abilities with an emphasis on operational rigor.
- Excellent understanding of recruiting analytics and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities by setting clear and realistic expectations.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
