Accounting Assistant:

Job Functions: Accounting & Logistics

Location: Meditrial, Terni, Italy

Workplace: Office-based

The Accounting & Administrative Assistant is responsible for recording receivable and payable invoices, accounting, employee cost statement, analytical accounting, and F24 forms. The role will also support logistics operations as required and will provide support across the entire CRO at all levels, effectively providing assistance to the Management and actively contributing to the smooth running of the Terni Office. The role requires great organizational and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Recording receivable and payable invoices
  2. Accounting
  3. Employee cost statement
  4. Analytical accounting
  5. F24 forms (Italy)
  6. Management of monthly budgets
  7. Advanced understanding of PSA platforms (Salesforce)
  8. Invoice Management
  9. Preparation of Study Binders and shipment management for regulatory submissions
  10. Support for the creation and maintenance of reports, charts, spreadsheets, documents, and presentations
  11. Order and keep inventory of office supplies

Qualification:
Education: Bachelor’s degree, Master is a plus

Languages: Proficiency in oral and written Italian and English (third language is a plus)
Skills: Proficient use of Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, advanced MS Excel, MS Power Point); Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills; Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
