Funzione AziendalePRODUCT ENGINEER
Descrizione posizioneLa risorsa sarà inserita nel team di Ingegneri di Prodotto e sosterrà la competitività dei prodotti. Sarà Responsabile della progettazione e dello sviluppo di componenti rigidi, per soddisfare le esigenze del cliente. Dovrà interfacciarsi quotidianamente con il Team per essere coordinati ed efficienti.
È inoltre Responsabile dell'analisi dei componenti, testa i prodotti per assicurarsi che soddisfino tutte le specifiche, garantisce la producibilità ed evita ogni criticità sul campo. Sviluppa e specifica le procedure di test e fornisce indicazioni ai tecnici per garantire che i dati di prova soddisfino i requisiti e le scadenze standard. Supporterà inoltre il Team nella definizione degli standard di progettazione del prodotto con il Lead Engineer, dallo schizzo concettuale allo stato di produzione.
Si offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato, un business dinamico e in forte crescita, un'organizzazione snella dove si ha la possibilità di essere visibili e apprezzati dal Top Management. Disponibilità a lavorare quotidianamente nello stabilimento di Ivrea e anche smart-working.
Competenze richieste- Laurea Magistrale (o formazione analoga) in Ingegneria, preferibilmente Meccanica o Automotive;
- Precedente esperienza di almeno due anni in un ruolo simile;
- Conoscenza approfondita delle tecniche di risoluzione dei problemi (DOE, DFMEA, progettazione robusta, ecc.);
- Capacità di progettare/analizzare vari tipi di componenti e fornire analisi dei guasti dal risultato sul campo;
- Buone capacità relazionali per comunicare con funzioni aziendali, clienti, fornitori;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Conoscenza dei sistemi Cad (preferibilmente PROE);
- Conoscenza del pacchetto office.
