Service
  1. Lead the team of Jet Set Ambassadors to ensure they are prioritizing exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  2. Ensure Jet Set Ambassadors maintain client communication through utilizing all available clienteling apps.
  3. Proactively manage client database and utilize information to increase sales.
  4. Maintain floor presence and lead by example.
  5. Provide coaching and support to assist Jet Set Ambassadors in resolving customer service issues, empowering the teams to make decisions in the customer’s best interest.
  6. Ensure to add additional revenue through local customer events in collaboration with management team.
Sales
  1. Meet and exceed sales goals holding self and team accountable for the results.
  2. Analyze reports, and develop action plans to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
  3. Track and communicate business results and opportunities, driving sales and product knowledge.
  4. Ensure sales and unit goals are set for Jet Set Ambassadors and communicated to ensure understanding.
Job DescriptionAssistant Store ManagerOperations
  1. Ensure store maintenance and auditing programme is aligned to Brand standards.
  2. Ensure integrity of Inventory Control through bi-annual inventories.
  3. Ensure loss prevention is a key priority, assuming responsibility for taking quick action on early indications of any loss, collaborating with LPRM.
  4. Collaborate with Store Manager and DVM to implement and maintain all visual merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective strategies.
  5. Partner with logistics and product teams to ensure appropriate assortment for the store, using product tools effectively to maintain size and style integrity.
  6. Ensure all the Company Communication Platforms are used effectively, and relevant actions taken.
Technology Proficiency

Highlight the importance of leveraging technology for inventory management, sales analysis, and customer engagement.

Job Requirements:
  1. Relevant proven retail and management experience with a fast-paced retailer.
  2. Able to work and to collaborate as a charismatic and inspirational leader.
  3. Technology proficient, knowledge and use of leveraging technology to drive sales and customer experience.
  4. Able to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  5. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and follow-up skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Proficiency in Retail KPIs and Microsoft Office.
  7. Fluent English.
