What about the Job? FLAG-MS is looking for electronic engineers to be involved in the develpment of power electronics HW for automotive, motorsport, agricultural and e-mobility applications (mainly HV and LV e-Drives, inverters for on-board actuations, BMS). Our electronic boards (analog/digital) are mainly based on programmable logic controller (u-controller, FPGA) and characterized by analog and digital I/O, CAN, Ethernet, Serial communications, sensor signal conditioning. The boards must be designed to be certified according to the standards of the application field. Some application examples are BMS, logic boards for e-Drives (traction systems/accessories), control boards for industrial actuators. Typical activities Analyzing customer requirements and Specification Hardware Architecture and Schematic Block Design Schematic Design and Simulation PCB Layout support Reports generation and documentation management Interaction with cross functional engineering teams in the company Take ownership for critical design issues Working on multiple projects at one time Qualifications & skills Master degree in Electronic, Mechatronic or Electric Engineering Hardware Electronic Engineering skills Ability to plan and manage delivery of the agreed roadmap items Ability to work transversally with Engineering teams Ability to communicate with customers, colleagues and management to explain complex issues clearly and brief Ability to work both in a team and alone and to manage your own workload Bill of Material management Assist in the collection and documentation of system and hardware requirements, estimates and work plans Analog and Digital Hardware experience PCB design rules in order to support PCB Layout phase Experience in EMC test and setup Knowledge about electronics components DFMEA and Functional Safety basic knowledge Candidate desirable skills Ability to use electronic instrument for measures and signal analysis Ability to use SW tools for electronic design/validation Practical skill in electronics (soldering, debug of electronic boards, building circuit for test support, …) Experience in product development having functional safety requirements (ISO 26262) Experience in product development having cybersecurity requirements (ISO 21434) Previous experience in power electronics HW design Tools Altium Designer, Simulation Tools, Matlab, Simulink, LT Spice knowledge Oscilloscope Multimeter Soldering and reworking skills Why choose FLAG-MS?
