Attività: Realizzare progetti IT pianificando e gestendo risorse, tempi, budget, vincoli e rischi;Adottare ed implementare le metodologie di Governance dei Progetti;Sviluppare e guidare ogni fase del progetto con particolare attenzione alla qualità, rispettando le pianificazioni condivise con il Cliente;Garantire la soddisfazione del Cliente e creare le condizioni per la crescita del business;Agire proattivamente per l’attivazione dei task all’interno degli accordi quadro;Svolgere valutazioni e verifiche per determinare lo stato avanzamento lavori, assicurandosi che sia in linea con le baseline;Identificare e gestire i rischi di progetto, individuando eventuali azioni correttive e di miglioramento;Negoziare e concludere contratti sia all’interno dei gruppi dei team di progetto, sia con subfornitori e fornitori esterni;Effettuare reporting alla direzione aziendale sullo stato di avanzamento e sui KPI definiti;Fornire previsioni affidabili relative all’andamento dei progetti (costi, ricavi, fatturazioni). Competenze: Laurea, preferibilmente in discipline scientifiche;Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella progettazione, coordinamento ed esecuzione di progetti per la realizzazione di soluzioni software;Ottima conoscenza di almeno un tool di pianificazione e di gestione di mercato (MS Project o equivalenti);Buona conoscenza del dominio del settore Energy;Buona conoscenza delle normative che regolano gli appalti pubblici (subappalti, tipologie di contratti ammessi, accordi di cooperazione etc.);Eventuali certificazioni in ambito (PMP, ITIL, SCRUM etc.) saranno considerate un gradito plus;Conoscenza delle principali metodologie e dei principali strumenti per la gestione del ciclo di vita del software;Preferenziale la conoscenza della metodologia IFPUG;Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte.
