La risorsa,laureata in Giurisprudenza o Avvocato abilitato , lavorerà in diretto affiancamento allaResponsabile dell’Ufficio Legale , partecipando attivamente alla tutela legale dell’azienda e al supporto delle operazioni di business. Il ruolo offre unavisione a 360° della gestione legale d’impresa . In particolare, ti occuperai di: Gare d'Appalto Supporto nella predisposizione della documentazione amministrativa Analisi dei bandi di gara Contrattualistica Revisione, redazione e negoziazione di contratti nazionali e internazionali M&A e Operazioni Straordinarie Supporto nelle attività di due diligence Analisi documentale per operazioni di acquisizione Compliance Societaria Supporto nel monitoraggio e nell’aggiornamento dei modelli organizzativi Gestione Documentale Organizzazione e archiviazione sistematica della documentazione legale e societaria Ottimizzazione dei flussi informativi tra i vari dipartimenti Recupero Crediti Gestione delle fasi di sollecito Monitoraggio dei pagamenti Coordinamento con i legali esterni Il profilo che cerchiamo: Formazione Laurea in Giurisprudenza L’abilitazione forense costituisce titolo preferenziale Lingue Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Competenze tecniche Padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici Utilizzo di sistemi di archiviazione digitale Soft skills Elevata capacità organizzativa e attenzione maniacale ai dettagli Ottime doti comunicative e attitudine al lavoro di squadra Proattività e capacità di gestire le priorità in contesti dinamici
