Il nostro obiettivo è quello di sviluppare sempre di più il nostro business e “durare 500 anni”: questo è possibile solo tramite la crescita di tutti i nostri collaboratori.Desideriamo creare un ambiente coinvolgente, innovativo e sostenibile: se anche tu vuoi costruire qualcosa di grande, per te e per il mondo, siamo fatti l’uno per l’altroDESCRIZIONE DEL PROFILO Offriamo la possibilità a studenti di effettuare uno stage curriculare come Junior Project Manager all'interno del settore Operations a partire dal mese di marzo.La risorsa selezionata, in affiancamento al proprio tutor, fornirà supporto per la realizzazione di:- progetti strategici aziendali relativi alle Operations inerenti l'Execution della Strategia del Brand;- analisi in ambito di controllo/monitoraggio processi con individuazione dei relativi KPI di riferimento.Principali attività- supporto nella pianificazione e controllo dei processi;- supporto nella verifica e coordinazione dei piani di attività, output e deadline degli stessi;- supporto nella gestione di progetti di Change Management;REQUISITI ESSENZIALI- laurea in ingegneria/economia/statistica/matematica in corso, con possibilità di effettuare stage curriculare;- conoscenza Excel livello avanzato;- conoscenza lingua inglese livello minimo B1;- disponibilità a lavorare in maniera flessibile;- ottime capacità di problem solving e di interpretazione di informazioni complesse;- saper lavorare in logica di team.COSA ABBIAMO DA OFFRIRTILavorare in Teddy ti darà l'opportunità di operare in un contesto internazionale, giovane e ricco di innovazione.
