As part of a global home appliance manufacturing group, our Italian entity focuses on local marketing, sales, and distribution. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate local financial records and ensuring compliance with Italian regulations.The ideal candidate brings experience from multinational or Asian companies, is adaptable to startup-like environments, and can work independently in a dynamic and fast-changing business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage general ledger accounting and ensure compliance with Italian GAAP (OIC)Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and generate financial reportsMaintain reconciliations for bank accounts, intercompany transactions, and fixed assetsCoordinate local tax declarations (VAT, IRPEF, Corporate Income Tax) with external consultantsSupport internal and external audit proceduresCollaborate with local and global teams to align financial operationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum 8-10 years of experience in general ledger or full-cycle accountingERP proficiency (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Navision)Strong knowledge of Italian accounting and taxation regulationsFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)Experience working with Asian companies or cross-cultural teams is a strong plusAble to work independently and adapt to a fast-evolving environmentMust hold valid Italian permanent/long-term residencyAbout AUX (auxair.com)At AUX, we are committed to creating an intelligent living environment through innovative technology and cultivating great talents by empowering our team to thrive and grow.Founded in 1986, AUX Group spans household appliances, electric power equipment, healthcare, real estate, and investments.In 2023, the group's revenue reached $12 billion, with total assets of $10 billion and over 30,000 employees.In 2025, AUX Air Conditioning was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx).
