Your Responsibility1.Identify prospective projects with suitable solar resource, electric transmission access, and site characteristics 2.Create and manage project development budgets and estimates 3.Establish and manage relationships with stakeholders, including elected officials, regulators, utilities, RTOs, and community leaders, to support project development 4.Negotiation and manage of Developer´s Contracts 5.Work with internal resources, such as the Legal, Engineering, Project Finance and EPC teams 6.Obtain land surface rights to design, permit, construct, operate, and maintain solar power projects 7.Manage state, federal, and regional permitting of solar facilities 8.Participate in interconnection agreement negotiations 9.Manage environmental studies 10.Oversee the preparation of proposals that are submitted to utilities 11.Support the financial analysis and modeling of the project 12.Provide reports to management by producing regular and frequent pipeline updates, project status updates, and other reporting documents 13.Research energy market and competition on an ongoing basis 14.Communicate information continuously and effectively to cross-functional teamOur Requirements 1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Laws, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 2.10+ years of progressively responsible project management experience in the energy industry. 3.Team player with effective communication skills. 4.Pro-active, hands-on and driven. 5.Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment preferred. 6.English fluency required. 7.Must be willing and able to travel, both domestically and internationally.
