In qualità di Corporate Communication & CSR Analyst entrerai a far parte attivamente del team di External Affairs e sarai responsabile della progettazione, gestione e coordinamento di attività di comunicazione aziendale, eventi, e di iniziative di responsabilità sociale d’impresa (CSR), assicurando il rispetto delle linee guida aziendali e degli obiettivi strategici.

Nello specifico, sarai coinvolto/a nelle seguenti attività:

  • Pianificare e curare i progetti di Corporate Communication, tra cui gli eventi, in linea con la strategia aziendale garantendo il rispetto dei tempi, del budget e degli obiettivi stabiliti
  • Supervisionare la creazione di contenuti e messaggi in diversi formati (articoli, comunicati stampa, copy per LinkedIn, video, ecc.) assicurando la coerenza con l’identità del brand e delle tematiche CSR
  • Collaborare con stakeholders interni ed esterni al fine di contribuire alla realizzazione di progetti di Corporate Communication e CSR (ad es. sponsorship, eventi, iliadship, branded content, ecc) con l’obiettivo di rafforzare la reputazione e l’immagine dell’azienda
  • Assicurare il corretto allineamento con tutti i team interni coinvolti
  • Implementare strategie di comunicazioni efficaci in linea con i valori aziendali e di brand
  • Svolgere tracking, monitoraggio e reporting dei progetti e delle attività di Corporate Communication e CSR.

Requisiti

Must have

  • 2/3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo o in ruoli analoghi;
  • Laurea in comunicazione/umanistica/scienze politiche
  • Capacità di scrittura e ottime doti di comunicazione verbale
  • Conoscenza e utilizzo dei principali asset di comunicazione online e offline (stampa, adv, digital communication, Linkedin, sponsorship, ecc)
  • Capacità di predisporre documenti per presentazioni e report (Power Point, Excel, Word)
  • Esperienza sul campo nell’organizzazione di eventi e/o di progetti di comunicazione
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata
  • Capacità di lavoro in team per raggiungere obiettivi specifici
  • Desiderio di imparare, entusiasmo, proattività e flessibilità
  • Eccellenti doti organizzative e capacità di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente
  • Interesse per l’attualità e per la comunicazione dei fenomeni economici, finanziari e politici

Nice to have

  • Esperienza di studio/lavoro maturata all’estero o in contesti simili
  • Master in comunicazione/digital/pr
  • Esperienze nel terzo settore (ONG, associazioni, ecc)
