Job Description:

Must Have:

  • 8 years experience as a Salesforce Architect
  • Technofunctional expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud (primary) and Marketing cloud
  • Good experience in Salesforce integrations
  • Experience advising on strategy roadmap and planning for Salesforce implementation golive an support
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage/correspond with offshore team
  • Certified in Admin PD1 Architect

Preferred

  • Any middleware experience
  • Expertise in Salesforce Service cloud
  • Expertise in other Salesforce modules
  • Certified in Sales Cloud / Marketing Cloud

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect who will serve as a key liaison between various business and technology stakeholders. This role is critical for aligning business needs with technical solutions ensuring architectural integrity and promoting best practices across the organization. The Enterprise Architect will translate complex business requirements into technical implementations provide strategic guidance on technology selection and use design and system integration and communicate the value of architectural decisions to various stakeholders. They will also identify operational gaps propose efficient solutions and manage stakeholder expectations to maintain alignment with the strategic vision at Caseware.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure architectural alignment.
  • Promote standards and best practices to stakeholders to communicate the value of architectural solutions to the organization.
  • Translate business requirements into technical implementations.
  • Provide guidance in analysis technology selection design and implementation of enterprise systems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive system architecture diagrams and documentation.
  • Prioritize and manage requirements of individual systems as part of an integrated system design.
  • Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies proposing and implementing better solutions.
  • Ensure expertise in integration tools and an understanding of process workflow.
  • Build at scale and implement solutions for enterpriselevel organizations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5 experience as an Enterprise Architect or Integrations Specialist in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong domain knowledge across software development IT architecture and data analytics.
  • Expertise in integration tools such as Mulesoft NetSuite Salesforce FileCloud HubSpot and PowerBI.
  • Excellent understanding of process workflows and documentation.
  • Ability to develop and maintain system architecture diagrams.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to identify and address operational gaps.
  • Excellent communication skills capable of conveying complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Experience in building and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to address and align divergent ideas.

Certifications:

  • TOGAF Certification or a strong familiarity with these principles
  • Certifications in relevant tools such as; Mulesoft Certified Developer Salesforce Certified Technical Architect
  • Relevant certifications in IT architecture and software development a plus (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
