HR Manager

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage all stages of the employee journey including the attraction, recruitment and selection of new employees, the on-property experience including on boarding, development, and retention as well as the off-boarding processProvide advice and guidance to department heads on any HR related matters and be a point of contact for employee questionsPartner and engage with line Managers to identify and support learning and development needsProvide advice on personal development plans and contribute to develop career paths for succession planning and self-developmentSupervise the administrative functions of the HR department, including employment contracts, payroll and all legal employment aspectsEnsure the implementation of the Company’s HR StandardsSupport projects across the business as requiredThink progressively to continuously build and strengthen the department RequirementsPrior experience in Human Resources (Hospitality a bonus but not essential)An understanding of working in a Unionized environmentStrong communicator & influencer capable of business partnering at all levelsA curious mindset willing to seek out opportunities for improvementPassionate about people and performanceFluency in English & Italian
