Role Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous QA Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of our platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for thoroughly testing features and identifying issues before releases playing a key role in maintaining a seamless user experience. This position will involve both manual testing and collaboration with the development team to meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts for web applications.
• Perform detailed manual testing to validate features and functionality.
• Document track and report software defects working closely with developers to ensure resolution.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure new updates do not impact existing functionality.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and user expectations.
• Validate that features meet design specifications and that the platform delivers a smooth and errorfree experience.
• Identify potential areas of improvement in the quality assurance process and recommend enhancements.
• Assist in maintaining testing documentation and improving testing processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in software quality assurance with a strong understanding of QA methodologies.
• Proficiency in writing and executing test cases and documenting defects.
• Familiarity with web technologies browsers and debugging tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with issuetracking systems (e.g. Jira Bugzilla) and test management tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with developers and product managers.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development environments.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with automated testing tools and scripts is a plus.
• Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g. Postman) and basic SQL skills for database testing.
• Familiarity with testing SaaS platforms or business/marketplace applications.
