DESCRIZIONE DELL OPPORTUNITÀ Inserita all interno dell Amministrazione del Personale, la risorsa opererà nel team dedicato alla gestione delle politiche retributive.PRINCIPALI ATTIVITÀ: Revisione e aggiornamento delle descrizioni dei ruoli aziendali.Gestione e manutenzione dei programmi di benefit destinati al personale.Elaborazione di linee guida e procedure in ambito risorse umane.Collaborazione nell aggiornamento dei sistemi gestionali.Supporto nella raccolta e nell analisi di dati retributivi interni ed esterni.Contributo alla preparazione di report periodici su compensi, incentivi e benefit.Assistenza nella gestione e nell aggiornamento delle informazioni relative a compensation & benefits nei sistemi HR.COSA OFFRIAMO: Percorso stage della durata di 6 mesi Rimborso spese mensile 800,00 Ticket lunch da 10,00 Possibilità di Smart Working Laurea in discipline economiche / discipline giuridiche / risorse umane (o affini) Interesse per i temi di compensation, benefit e gestione delle risorse umane Ottime capacità analitiche e attenzione al dettaglio Doti organizzative, relazionali e capacità di gestione delle priorità Conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata) by helplavoro.it
