Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: India Remote
Salary preference: 2535 LPA (DOE)
Role Description:
The Business Analyst will play a critical role in our SAP ECC to S4 migration project.
The ideal candidate will have experience with both SAP ECC and S4 HANA and will be responsible for analyzing business processes identifying requirements and ensuring the successful implementation of the S4 migration.
Assist in SAP ERP related processes functionality and development for the current SAP configuration as well as the future transition to SAP4 HANA.
Assist in streamlining existing processes/practices monitor the overall health of SAP background jobs troubleshoot errors/issues with the IT SAP Business Analysts develop work instructions/reference guides for training purposes host training sessions and prepare users on the functionality of kanban weeks on hand S4 etc
Job Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on SAP ECC and S4 HANA.
Proven experience in SAP ECC to S4 migration projects.
Strong understanding of SAP S4 HANA functionalities and capabilities.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Project management experience is a plus.
SAP certification(s) is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the SAP ECC to S4 migration project.
Analyze current SAP ECC processes and identify opportunities for improvement in the S4 environment.
Develop detailed project plans timelines and milestones to ensure successful migration.
Work closely with technical teams to design and implement new SAP S4 HANA solutions.
Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations to bridge differences between SAP ECC and S4 HANA.
Facilitate workshops meetings and presentations to communicate project status and gather feedback.
Research troubleshoot and mitigate transactional and other SAP ERP issues and make recommendations to department leaders.
Provide training and support to endusers to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
Ensure data integrity and consistency during the migration process.
Monitor and report on project progress identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
Stay uptodate with SAP best practices tools and technologies.
