Detailed Job Description:

Should have total 8 to 10 years of IT experience

Should be capable to handle Organizational change management (OCM) activities

Should have exposure in preparing training content.

Should be expert in preparing and updating SOPs.

Should have exposure in working with Manhattan WMS implementation projects.

Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including warehouse operations IT and WMS vendors.

Create and maintain detailed process documentation including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

Ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:

Liaise with business users/client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statements.

Coordinating with the customer & offshore team to resolve queries or clarifications.

Ability to do development using MOCA Groovy Page Builders Integrator
