aizoOn, società di consulenza tecnologica di innovazione, indipendente, che opera a livello globale ricerca un / una Field Engineer . ll / la candidato / a verrà inserito / a nell’area Engineering della divisione Transportation di aizoOn e opererà nell'ente di supporto ai veicoli in campo di un costruttore del settore Automotive. Avrà il compito di supportare gli enti Progettazione e Qualità del Cliente nel rilevare e correggere i problemi tecnici, soprattutto nelle prime fasi di vita del prodotto. In particolare si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Monitoraggio dei problemi rilevati dalle officine di riparazione selezionate Analisi di primo livello sia delle cause sia delle procedure di riparazione messe in atto Reporting accurato agli enti Progettazione e Qualità Supporto nel diffondere presso le officine le procedure di correzione dei guasti e le eventuali campagne di richiamo. In fase iniziale e di onboarding, si richiede la disponibilità a recarsi nella sede del cliente a Torino. La persona seguirà un primo periodo di formazione sulle caratteristiche tecniche del veicolo ed un successivo training sulle procedure di intervento presso le officine. PROFILO Percorso di studi in discipline tecniche Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese in considerazione del contesto internazionale del cliente.
