You will be instrumental in shaping and delivering critical data migration workstreams, ensuring seamless transitions and impeccable data quality throughout the process.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive data migration strategies, including scope, data ownership, migration waves, and risk mitigationLead workshops with business and technical teams to define migration requirements and ensure comprehensive coverageCoordinate data migration activities during cutover planning, including mock runs, data loads, validation, and reconciliationCollaborate with functional and technical teams, leveraging your understanding of SAP data structures and toolsSupport the alignment of data governance policies and ensure business needs are met throughout the migration lifecycleEssential Skills & Experience:Extensive experience leading data migration projects within large SAP S/4HANA implementationsStrong familiarity with SAP's Activate methodology and industry best practices for data migrationProven ability to develop migration strategies, including scope definition, risk mitigation, and reconciliation plansExperience facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders on data requirementsKnowledge of SAP ETL tools such as SAP Data Services, LSMW, or LTMC, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teamsUnderstanding of SAP FICO processes to support robust data quality and business process alignmentFluency in Italian is a mandatory requirement for effective stakeholder engagementDesirable Skills & Experience:Previous experience in greenfield SAP implementationsAdditional language skills, particularly in key European languages, would be beneficialFamiliarity with broader project management methodologies and toolsCandidates are required to travel to the Milan office 2-3 times per week.Rate is flexible based on experience, up to €800 per day.How to Apply:If you meet the above criteria and are eager to contribute to a high-profile SAP S/4HANA transformation, we encourage you to submit your CV.
