Service Engineer

Per un nostro cliente, azienda leader nella produzione di macchinari per la pulizia professionale, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Service Engineer da inserire in un contesto dinamico e internazionale.
Responsabilità principali:
- Fornire assistenza tecnica di secondo livello sia in loco (territorio nazionale e internazionale) che da remoto;
- Identificare rapidamente i problemi per garantire il ripristino e il corretto funzionamento delle macchine;
- Tenere corsi di formazione tecnica sulle procedure di riparazione dei prodotti;
- Redigere documentazione tecnica;
- Effettuare riparazioni sia interne che esterne;
- Collaudare i macchinari;
- Gestire i reclami dei clienti e le procedure di garanzia;
- Supportare il team commerciale nell'elaborazione delle offerte;
- Organizzare e gestire dimostrazioni delle macchine.
Requisiti:
- Diploma o Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica/elettrica;
- Lettura disegno meccanico;
- Buona padronanza lingua inglese (parlata e scritta);
- Spirito di adattamento e capacità di lavorare in team;
- Spigliate doti comunicative;
- Problem solving ed organizzazione del lavoro in tempistiche ristrette;
L’azienda offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato con retribuzione commiserata in base all’esperienza.
