What will your mission be?

As a F&B Restaurant Intern, you will support the Restaurant team in delivering attentive, high-quality service, gaining hands-on experience in the key responsibilities of the role and contributing to the creation of memorable dining experiences for our guests.

What will you be responsible for?

Support the team with table set-up (mise en place) and ensure service areas remain organized and well maintained throughout service.
Welcome guests and escort them to their tables, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
Assist in taking orders and serving food and beverages.
Collaborate closely with the Kitchen and Bar teams to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of food and drinks.
Learn the fundamentals of wine pairing and beverage service.
Use the POS system for basic cashier operations under supervision.
Participate in the preparation, set-up, and clearing of dining areas.
Support the team in daily operations, with a strong focus on learning, development, and professional growth.

What are we looking for?

Educational background in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Food & Beverage, or a related field (currently pursuing or recently completed).
A genuine interest in the restaurant industry and a strong desire to grow professionally within the hospitality sector.
Excellent command of the English language; knowledge of a second language is preferred.
A service-oriented attitude, courtesy, and strong communication skills.
Accuracy, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
