Location:Fano (PU), ItalyAvailability:Full-time – Possibilità di trasferte offshoreDescrizione della posizione Per una grande azienda internazionale operante nel settoreOil & Gas , ricerchiamo una figura ibrida che ricopra un ruolo tecnico-ingegneristico nella fase iniziale del progetto e che successivamente supporti le operazionioffshoredurante la fase esecutiva.La risorsa lavorerà inizialmente dall’ufficio diFano , all’interno del dipartimento di ingegneria, concentrandosi su attività diHeavy Lifting Engineeringe preparazione tecnica. Una volta completata la fase di progettazione, il professionista sarà coinvolto nelleoperations offshore , assicurando il corretto svolgimento delle attività sul campo.Responsabilità principali 1. Fase di Ingegneria (Onshore – ufficio di Fano)Sviluppo e revisione della documentazione tecnica diHeavy Lifting(metodologie, lifting plans, rigging studies, load-out procedures).Analisi strutturali di apparecchiature e strutture coinvolte nelle operazioni di sollevamento.Valutazione dei rischi, calcolo dei pesi, verifiche tecniche dei punti di ancoraggio e degli equipment di lifting.Supporto nella definizione delle procedure diload-out ,transport & installation .Coordinamento con team multidisciplinari (Mechanical, Structural, HSE, Marine).Interfaccia tecnica con fornitori, subappaltatori e clienti.Preparazione dei metodi operativi e delle sequenze di installazione.Supervisione in campo delle attività di sollevamento pesante e installazione, in coordinamento con la barca/rig e i lifting supervisors.Verifica dell’applicazione corretta delle procedure di sollevamento e dei metodi approvati.Risoluzione di problematiche tecniche durante le operazioni, garantendo sicurezza ed efficienza.Coordinamento con la squadra offshore per l’allineamento tecnico e operativo.Redazione dei report di attività quotidiani e finali.Garantire la piena conformità agli standard HSE aziendali e internazionali.Laurea in Ingegneria (preferibilmente Meccanica, Civile/Strutturale, Navale o simili).Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2–3 anni in:Offshore installation (preferenziale)Conoscenza di software tecnici (AutoCAD, STAAD, SACS, o equivalenti).Disponibilità a trasferte offshore (rotazioni da definire).Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese tecnico.Attitudine al lavoro in team e capacità di gestione operativa.Certificazioni offshore (BOSIET/FOET) gradite o disponibilità a conseguirle.AGAP2 è un equal opportunities employer: crediamo che tutte le forme di diversità siano fonte di arricchimento reciproco.Ci impegniamo a garantire un ambiente di lavoro inclusivo e valorizzante, in cui ogni persona possa apportare il proprio contributo unico.Accogliamo candidature senza distinzione di età, genere, nazionalità, disabilità, orientamento sessuale, religione o stato civile.Prestiamo inoltre particolare attenzione alle risorse appartenenti alle categorie protette ai sensi degli articoli 1 e 18 della Legge 68/99.I dati personali saranno trattati in conformità al Regolamento UE 2016/679 (GDPR).#J-18808-Ljbffr
