Il/La candidato/a sarà responsabile della gestione completa del cliente, garantendo un’esperienza di acquisto eccellente e coerente con i valori del brand.Principali mansioni e responsabilitàAccogliere i clienti con professionalità, naturalezza e attenzione, creando un ambiente elegante e rilassatoComprendere esigenze, aspettative e stile del cliente e accompagnarlo nell’intero processo di acquistoPresentare collezioni, materiali e lavorazioni con competenza, raccontando il prodotto in modo chiaro e coinvolgenteGestire la vendita con approccio consulenziale, contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi della boutiqueCostruire e sviluppare un portafoglio clienti personale e curare il follow-up post vendita Aggiornare e mantenere accurato il CRM e monitorare i principali KPI di vendita (conversione, ATV, UPT)Collaborare in modo positivo e professionale con il teamCompetenze e requisitiEccellenti capacità relazionali e di comunicazione, con naturale attitudine al contatto con il clienteApproccio consulenziale alla vendita, orientato alla soddisfazione del cliente e ai risultati di boutiqueConoscenza del settore lusso o modaBuona padronanza di italiano e inglese; la conoscenza di altre lingue straniere è considerata un plusEsperienza nel settore retail di lusso o in boutique graditaAssunzione DIRETTA in azienda.L’annuncio è rivolto ad ambo i sessi (D.lgs n. 198/2006) e nel rispetto di quanto disposto dall’art. 10 del D.Lgs n. 276/2003.
